The Heart Behind my work

My passion for photography blosommed over time. While I didn't dream of becoming a photographer as a child, (I wanted to be a teacher) it was always something I was keen to do. Take photographs.

I learned at a very young age that I could make people smile by capturing their candid selves in their most natural moments, realizing that genuine expressions, caught off guard, held a special power to connect and evoke positive emotions. That spark of passion led me to purchasing my first DSLR in 2017. Nikon D3200. Despite being a complete novice, I had no idea how to shoot manual but I was determined to learn. With each click of the shutter, I discovered the thrill of experimenting with different techniques which ignited my journey into the world of photography. As my love for photography grew, the thought of turning this hobby into a career crossed my mind once or twice, but it wasn't until I married my best friend and supportive husband, Isaac who believed in me and knew I could turn my passion into something I could pursue. On our one year anniversary he gifted me my first "big girl" camera & I can honestly say I married the sweetest human on earth heheh :) With my family and husbands encouragement Ive taken the leap into pursuing my passion full time. This has allowed me to share my unique perspective with the world. Chasing this dream has been a true blessing. Throughout my journey, I've met incredible people who are full of life and love. People who appreciate the preservation of preacious memories through photography.
